NFF’s Consulting (Advisory Services) practice is seeking a full-time Business Development Analyst. This position reports to the Associate Director of Business Development.
The Analyst will support the Advisory Services Business Development (ASBD) team, providing day-to-day database management, performance management analytics and periodic dashboard performance reports necessary to guide, monitor and assess progress towards Business Development goals, as well as broader strategic goals for the Advisory Services practice. The Analyst will also manage the Business Development section of the Advisory Services knowledge wiki, providing active curation of Advisory Services resources and content. In order to provide the most effective support for the Business Development team as well as the Advisory Services team at large, the Analyst will be expected to be conversant with the full range of NFF’s service offerings; to manage a substantial portfolio of work, while ensuring quality of interactions and deliverables; and to effectively communicate key NFF messages, verbal and written, to internal audiences.
Analysts at NFF are expected to show initiative. They are problem solvers with a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and have the ability to balance multiple projects on tight schedules. NFF’s success relies upon its ability to operate as a “matrix” organization—organized both by geography and teams. As such, the Analyst will need to exercise judgment and flexibility in working both within and across the diverse markets and business units in that matrix.
